Fewer appointments
A new heat pump that needs a dedicated circuit, or a condenser that needs a new disconnect, gets handled in one visit instead of two contractors.
Problems traced to the source
When an AC keeps tripping a breaker, the cause can be electrical or mechanical. One tech who knows both finds it faster.
One person accountable
You talk to the same licensed owner from the estimate to the finished job, with no hand-offs between companies.
